  1. I know you like cars, but if you want to make a little more than minimum wage how about being a BarBack somewhere, you help out the BarTenders.  Then, if you do that for a while, you may actually bartend and make pretty good money, and meet a LOT of chicks... :)

  2. Apply at car parts store as a cashier or sales clerk, or electronics stores...maybe video game stores. If you like cars...then you can also apply at dealerships for positions that are entry level..like the people that get the car ready when it's purchased. You could help wash cars there and detail cars. Good luck!

  3. As a second job I did inventory the pay was $10/hr and the company was very flexible, and worked around my schedule.  If I wasn't able to come in I notified them 48hrs ahead of time.  They were generally good with sending out your work schedule ahead of time so that you could let them know if it worked for you or not.  It was a company called RGIS.  The only downside was that there are no "set" times/days (but you will know at least 2weeks in advance your schedule)  Also, it's basically just counting all day and inputting the data into a handheld comp. device. And, most of the time you will be working early mornings or late evenings.  Choose your poison.  It's not a bad 'minimum' type job, beats your wanting no fast food (no offense to fast food joints)

  4. Gas Stations, Tire mounter, Supermarket or Retail Stock Clerk.

Any place where you're just starting out with no experience, you're

not going to like much, but hang in there so you can 'dump' on

    the next 'newbie.
