Job ideas/ ways to earn money by September?

Question

Im 15 and having a hard time finding a job. I'm trying to raise money for myself but also for a big gift for someone that costs about $400...I have applied to various places but no one has gotten back to me and I also applied to 2 places today but I'm not getting my hopes up due to what happened with the other applications. Can anyone give me some ideas on how to raise some money quickly or how to really get a job?

I have been working from home for a few years now and have done a lot of research.  There are a lot of companies that make all these claims that you will make big money quick, but we know if that’s the case, it’s too good to be true.  The companies that I have found to actually send you survey’s or you can answer simple questions to earn money I have found to be the best and I’ve listed them below with comments to get you started.  

If you could click on 2-3 of the ads on my websites that would be great as this is my full-time job and this is how I earn a little money.

There are restrictive Federal Labor laws that apply to children UNDER the age of 16, therefore, most companies just elect not to employ children under that age.

Locally owned businesses (like mom and pop restaurants) will sometimes give you a break, especially if you're 15.  (It's probably going to be mopping up and/or washing dishes).

Otherwise you have to get creative and do lawn mowing, car washing, dog sitting, and the like.  It will take a while to get to your goal doing that, but the work force for the under 16 group is rather restricted.

Depending on which state you live in there may be laws regulating age limits for employees.

Waitressing is always a fast and great way to earn money fast.  Not only do you get wages but there are tips on top of that.

To increase your odds of getting a job make sure when you turn in your application you are presenting yourself in a positive way.  Try dressing professionally (no shorts and tank tops) and don't brink your friends with you.
