Job in the Fayetteville, NC area or surrounding areas.?

I need to find a job in the Fayetteville,NC area or a 20 mile radius of it. I am moving there in about 14 weeks, and I am trying to find a business, that will hire and established 19 yr old. Established meaning I have great work experience in the field of radio, and dog grooming. If there is anywhere I can look, help me out
