Job interview, quiz??

Question

I had an interview today at this restaurant named Crispers (dunno how big it is outside florida) and the dude said he didnt have much time today so he wants to see me tomorrow at 3 and wants me to take a Quiz that would take me about 30 mins.

What kind of quiz would that be? like what type of questions would they ask me?????

Also, I currently have a job but i really want to get out of there. Would it be alright if let them know on Thursday that im quitting (tomorrow i should know if im getting the new job ornot)? i want to start working at the other place on Monday.

you should give the 2 week standard notice so the company you work for now has a chance to replace you. The new company will find that respectful if you give that notice... you might get a personality quiz that will give them an idea of what kind of person you are... there will probably be some basic math on there too to make sure you could be a waiter or be able to measure ingredients etc... the questions will probably be "have you ever stole anything"?? have you ever argued with a customer... etc....
