I have my first job interview flying for a respected Australian regional airline at the end of the week. What questions will I be asked? The job is a SPMEIFR ATO.

My last job was for a small charter company and I only worked there for only a few months and there was next to no interview process so I am really nervous about this one. Can anyone help please?

  1. Its ok to be nervous. Just Realx, and be yourself, be cool. look poeple in the eyes. And have a firm handshake. Let your qualifications do the rest.

  2. and what is ur question......... JK. idk.

  3. Probably many CRM questions, relating to how you would interact with various types of crewmwmbers, how you would handle given situations, how you gather information and then make decisions.  Tell them about real world situations that you handled that are close to the scenario they present (most important). Some tech questions on reading charts. Be able to "brief" an instrument approach properly.

There are companies who specialize in giving  "prep" practice interviews. See if there's one in your area.

  4. The first thing I would say is to be yourself, so: be yourself. Smile and don't user one word answers unless he asks you one.

Do a little bit of background check on the company.

    1) Why did you apply for this role?

    2) What qualities will you bring?

    3) What experience will you have (mention some from your CV)

    4) How did you find the role?

    Good luck!
