Job interview help plz?

hi im going to a job interview to Sams club today and i need help what kind of questions are they going to ask me?

what makes you a good candidate for this job?

what do you know about this buisness?

what are some qualities that you have that would make you good for this job?

give me an example of when you were in a difficult situation and you had to resolve it?

General questions about the number of hours you are looking for and your availability

Why did you apply for this job?

What do you hope to get out of this job?

Likely they will ask about your job skills & experience that relate to working for them. If you have none, tell them what you can do that you feel will be compatible with the jobs they have to offer. Be sure to tell them you are a honest hard working person and that you will be a Team Player Employee.

They will ask about your availability, such as days/hours you can work.

They will send you for a drug test if you are being considered. Be sure you can pass.

Some of the harder interview questions i have had are:

How would you respond to a situation where you saw a coworker behaving dishonestly. what would you do?

(they want to make sure you would report any type of theft at retail chains)

What would you tell a customer who wanted to return items without a receipt?

(Find out their corporate policy, demonstrate that you go out of your way to help customer without breaking rules)

How do you respond to conflict with coworkers.

(Demostrate diplomacy and eagerness to work well with others)

If i spoke to your previous employer, what would he/she say you need to improve on?

Hardest question  ever!!! i usually try to twist this to reflect a positive quality such as inability to say no, or sometimes take on too much, put in too many hours)
