Job interview - what questions can i ask the employer? Its for an admin job?

Just answer the questions that you want answers to, don't try to complicate things by asking to many questions as that may go against you but you should try to ask a couple of questions about the company or about working practices. As it's for an admin job you could ask them about what type of system they use etc

Ask how you can get promoted and grow with the company. You need to know what your future prospects would be.

You could ask about promotion prospects, team building exercises, expansion plans or on the job training???

Ask them what are the goals for the company to attain this year.  It might help you tailor your responses to achieve that goal.

It's good that you ask questions, it shows that you're interested. Maybe, if it's not obvious, you could ask about their dress code?

I would ask them what type of person they are looking for to fill the position. Then tell them which of those qualities you have that they are looking for. And how much experience you have in those areas.

Ask them when the start date would be if you are hired. That way if you don't hear from them by that date, you know you didn't get the job.

Try to write down a list of questions ahead of time. Then memorize the questions before the interview.

If the company has a website, learn a little about the company. So if the interviewer starts telling you stuff about what they do, you have an idea what they are talking about.

I would ask about how much experience they have.  Also, I would bring in some creative thinking questions, like "If you were a salad, what part would you be," I know its corny but, I think it shows character.  Below is a brief list of what you can ask...
