  1. Medical workers in Canada are frequently given the short end of the deal. They are allowed to emigrate to that country, but then the medical association says they cannot work because their skills are not at Canadian levels.

Unless you are willing to do more training in a Canadian school, I strongly suggest you do not come to Canada. Most doctors here end up being call center agents, security guards and taxi drivers. I have known several foreign doctors doing these jobs.

If you are still willing to deal with the bureacracy then here is the initial immgration qualifications details. You must qualify first before you can  emigrate.

dont count on getting a temporary work permit, you wont be able to get anything more than a medical assistant (or an orderly) in  a hospital - rather than a doctors job - for the same reasons.

    Skilled worker details.

You need to have at least 1 years work experience in your chosen field before you can apply. 4 years is better - gives you more points.

You must meet the following minimum requirements to apply as a skilled worker:

You have at least one continuous year of full-time, paid work experience or the equivalent in part-time continuous employment. Your work experience must be Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC).

You must have had this experience within the last 10 years.

assessment test - you must get 67 points to qualify.

You will need $10,000 saved up - before you apply as you will be required to show this proof that you have this money when you apply.
