Job permit?

will places like mcdonalds and stuff where a 7 year old is smarter than the average worker there, hire a 13 year old? can u get a job at burger king or kroger or something over the summer? if you need a job permit where can i find one and ho old do i have to be?

Almost undoubtedly not because of state labor laws and because they plain don't need to since there are older teens and adults applying for jobs.  

By the way intelligence does not increase or decrease with age and many college students who presumably are at least average intelligence and probably above average work in fast food so your attitude will also be a drawback in finding work.

If you can keep the attitude in check a bit you may be able to find work in a sit down eatery bussing which means clearing tables.
