Job reliance?

How much do grocery store chains rely on their cashiers/baggers. I was thinking about working over the summer, but there is a total of three weeks I can't work. WIll I get hired, and will this be ok with my empolyer. Im 16.

if they call you for an interview, i'd just let them know that you need these days off before they start you on a schedule.  good luck!
