Job search on visit visa to UAE?

Question

I am from Pakistan. I want to come to UAE on visit visa. During my stay I want to search a job here in UAE. I am Cost and Management Accountant with 5 years experience. What should be the way to find job during my visit visa stay?? Also what is the concept of sponsor?? Please tell me possibility of success in finding job during stay??

I'm also in a such kind of situation but some people who were in Dubai said that u should find sponsor firm or company to stay there. I think it is 100% risk but GOD HELPS EVERYBODY. Go a head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upload your resume and apply in all the job portals
Have a look at Gulfnews and khaleej times
Use all your contacts and networks, this really work out in UAE
(don't pay any money to any recruitment agencies, if they ask you money think that they will not help you out they will take your money and later they did't respond to you)
