Jobs at a childrens hospital???

Question

I want to be a child therapist at a childrens hospital but i dont want to be like a rehabilataion one or a speech therapist. When I was in the hospital one time, the had a lady come in and she talked to me (not like a conseling session, just normal everyday talking) and she kept me occupied and made sure I always had things to do. What are those people called?

I would think a Child Therapist. But i have no cluee. but i want to know this too ! :]

Social Worker.

Could have been an Occupational Therapist.  They are in charge of keeping children busy with things to do.
