Jobs/careers and knowledge?

what job requires a big amount of knowledge,not specialized knowledge,but various knowledge? except teacher

I'm not sure what you are looking for.  Many careers especially those that require a college education require quite a bit of knowledge that may not be related to the field.  The knowledge is all interrelated. Various knowledge as you call it makes people better educated and more rounded than those that are more specialized.
