Jobs for 14-15 year olds in the Macomb County, Michigan area?

My neighbor who's around 17/8 works at McDonald's and she says you have to be 16 for that. I wouldn't mind mowing the lawn (just need to learn first!) or babysitting, I just don't think my parents would let me. :( I need a job at an actual place that's close by even if it is minimum wage(I know I have my whole life for that but I would like one to get away from the family). I live near CVS, Kroger, Walgreens, Boston Market, 7-11, Blockbuster, etc. Would any of these places hire a 14 year old? And I know I need a work permit, how long does it take for that to get through?

I believe everything will require your school and your parent/guardians signatures.  

Everyone has to live by their parents rules. I know it's difficult, it was for me too. I suggest trying to get a job though one of your parents friends. That way you can have a reference when you submit your applications.
