Jobs for a pony?

Question

We have a 12hh pony that we had originally bought for my little sister to ride but she is scared of him. He is a very sweet pony and we don't want to sell him but for my parents to let me keep him he has to have a job. Besides being a lesson pony, what else can a 12hh pony do to help earn his keep? (They must be paying jobs. Its expensive to keep a pony.)
