Jobs for female Ex-Offenders (Ex-Felons) in Dallas, Tx. plz?

Question

My mom was convicted of a felony and was released from prison back in late December. She has extended restauraunt experience and needs a job extremely bad. We have tried going through Project Rio, Texas Workforce Comission, and M.A.S.S. with no luck at all. It seems like all of the jobs are either factory work or directed towards hiring men (Construction, warehouses, etc.) PLEASE help us if you have ANY information on who might hire her. Thanks!!
