Jobs for people with random associates degrees?

Question

I have an associates degree is Emergency Medicine, but I am burned out as a Paramedic. I'm going on to get my BBA, and maybe an MBA. In the mean times, where can I look with jobs that require an associates degree, that might not be spacific in the type I get? Are there any job that just require an associates degree of any type to get? Sales? Paper work? Feild work? Anything away from patient care is what I'm looking for... any ideas?

Seriously, an Associates degree is almost always for a specific field, and not useful for anything else.  It's better than a high school diploma, but you never see anybody advertising for a job with "Associates degree required."  Doesn't happen.
