Jobs for subject combinations?

i need to choose 2 out of 3 sciences to do for my A levels (sorta a pre university test) biology, chemistry and physics. can anyone offer some of the jobs available to each of these combinations? eg.

bio, chem: medicine

phy, chem: engineering

bio, phy: ??
