I have a thirteen year old buddy and he's desperate for a job In West Monroe Louisiana minimum wage is fine he's a good mechanic can weld ok great cutter of grass

Tell him to try starting a yard maintenance service in a wealthy subdivision. Since he's only thirteen and probably won't have to bother with taxes and doesn't have a family to feed, he should have lower overhead and therefore be able to charge lower prices. He should be able to work up a decent business that way.
