Jobs that pay for transportation and room and board from the United States to the United Kingdom?

I currently live in Florida, I am 21 years old and I would love to spend a few months in the united kingdom. I have found webistes in the U.S. that help pay for transportation and pay for room and board if you work there. Does anybody know of any sites like this that would help me pay for transportation to the U.K. and pay room and board? No cruise ships please.....

Also, I only speak english. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Makes a change someone wanting to come to the UK that only speaks English.. you'll probably be in the minority here when you arrive.
