  1. It is on the immigration website.  They want people like doctors, nurses, teachers, sewage engineers, specialist farmers, plumbers etc.  Have a look.  Other than that it is by marriage, family links or monetary investment.  Good Luck abroad.

  2. If you don't fit into any of the occupation categories, you'll need to get some qualifications that will make you eligible. Australian immigration is open only to people with skills that are needed here and there is no way around that requirement. Studying to get qualifications here in Australia earns you valuable additional points on the points test so if you can afford to come here as a student, that's by far the best way to approach it. On a student visa you can work 20 hours per week during the semester and unlimited hours during official holiday breaks and your partner can work 20 hours per week all year around (no extras during holidays for partners).

Wherever you study, begin by choosing an occupation from the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) and work towards qualifying for a skilled work visa.

  3. Hello. I know they are looking for skilled workers but just depends. They are looking for people in the mines as there is a shortage. They are getting 125,000 people a year into Australia for work. There is a shortage for fruit pickers as well. I hope this helps a little and i will give you a website as well.

  4. Australia has recently been making some tough new laws to immigrate their and become a citizen in response to excessive amounts of chinese immigrating there, i think their about to make a law that you have to have more than a high school education, so if you have that you'll do fine.

also you have to pass a test, its about 50 questions about australian government, politics, history, culture etc. but thats to become a citizen

  5. You are able to receive extra points towards your visa if your nominated occupation is on this list.
