what kind of jobs can a beginner work to practice spanish better?

It might sound silly but if spanish people are in your area maybe you can practice w/ them. Maybe, pretend you don't know where something is. Ask them in spanish. You can tell them they have a nice dog or their kid is cute in spanish. Us it in everyday life. I'm sure you would get better.

If you're willing, you could get a job on a farm or orchard. If you are around native Spanish speakers and you ask them questions, most of them will be very happy to help you out.
