I wear a jull and I know it goes Little pointy part down? You wouldn't get it, if you can't figure out a cup, but any who, im sure you could figure it out, it would probably be really uncomfortable if it's on wrong, ( i would assume any who!)

If for paintball, a cup may not be the best choice.

What will be more comfortable and still protect is a simple hand towel.

The chances of being shot down there are minimal, I've not been hit in 8 years of playing but then I were alot of protection.  I wear a uniform, layers, and vest system with pods all around so I'm protected.

Is there a picture on the box? Use that as a guide. You may have bought the wrong size. That is why you are having issues
