Jockey Paul Gallagher certain of returning to the field – Horse Racing News
According to the reports, the conditional jockey Paul Gallagher did not sustain injuries as bad as many had expected after he fell from his mount during the Wetherby meeting that took place last Sunday.
A couple of sports analysts were of the view that he had attained serious injury, nonetheless, it has now been confirmed that the jockey is out of danger and it is definite that he will be featuring in the weekend meetings. His fans are excited to see Gallagher
back in the saddle.
The jockey was aboard the champion race-horse Railway Park in the selling handicap hurdle when he fell and then later on complained of neck, chest and elbow pain. The aforementioned race-horse trains under the care of the trainer John Wainwright. The jockey
was then taken to the Harrogate District Hospital after he made the complaints.

later, but I am sure I will be alright to ride again on Saturday.”
On the other hand, the other conditional jockey Willie Twiston-Davies, who managed to enjoy big success at the Grand National meeting on the horse Baby Run was also operated on at the Warwick Hospital on Monday afternoon. His leg was broken when the race-horse
Battlecry fell during the hunter chase event at the Stratford race-course on Sunday. Tom Scudamore also suffered an injury on Monday, as he also succumbed to a fall at the Aintree race-course over Giant Bolster.
