  1. it is not so much how much the jockey weigh. it is how much the horse can carry without being weighted down. the lighter the jockey the faster the horse will go there is no limit to the weight or height of the jockey

  3. umm I believe that the maximum height is 5'3-5'5 and the max weight is 110
