Jockey wheel and welding

do you have to weld a new jockey wheel on when changing it ie putting a new one on u c i have twp parts one thats welded to the frame and then the other where you unwind the lever and the jockey itself comes of theres is a bolt attaching ti to the frame but also a bit of welding so what does this mean will ihave to weld a new one on

  1. They usually bolt to the trailer chassis, but you could weld them on - all though it'd be easier & better to drill the frame & bolt a clamp on for future use - See item P484;
