Joe Cole determined to rediscover best form for Liverpool
Liverpool winger Joe Cole says that he is determined to once again find his best form and prove he can play a big part in the club’s recovery from their poor start to the 2010-11 English Premier League season.
Cole himself has yet to live up to his billing as a coup for the club following his free transfer from EPL champions Chelsea over the summer.
Despite high hopes that Cole and his new club would excel this season, they have struggled to make an impact. They are currently sitting in 18th place in the EPL table, having won two and drawn three of their nine games so far. Liverpool were also dumped
out of the League Cup by lower-league side Northampton Town.
The Reds were back to winning ways against Blackburn Rovers on Sunday, 24 October, but Cole is keen to start showing that he is deserving of a place in the Reds’ starting line-up as they bid to move back up the table.
'I'm not playing well'
He told The Sun that: "I'm not playing well. I'm not going to say otherwise. Whenever you have periods like we've had you have to deal with it.

"You have got to stand up and be counted, be a man. I haven't started as well as I would have liked but I will turn it around. With every breath I take, I'm thinking of how I can change it."
The England international started life at Anfield brightly when he shone in the 2-0 victory over FC Rabotnicki in the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League.
However, in the first EPL match of the season against Arsenal, Cole was sent off. He scored his first goal for the club against Steaua Bucharest on 16 September — the opener in a 4-1 win.
