Liverpool midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Joe-Cole-c18694 let out his determination of making a mark at Anfield during the 2012/13 season, and revealed that he does not want to be labelled as a failure in the Merseyside club’s history.
The former Chelsea player signed a four-year deal with the Reds in July 2010. He experienced an ordinary first season at Anfield, scoring just 3 goals in 32 appearances. He was consequently loaned out to the French outfit, Lille in the following term.
Having spent successful stints at Stamford Bridge and with West Ham United, the English International unravelled his aim of making an impact at Liverpool, and was not willing to view his career at Merseyside as a failure.

able to say that I haven't here.”
Despite his manifest struggles with the Reds during the 2010/11 season, the 30-year old was an instant hit at Lille. He played a central role in his side’s 3rd place finish in Ligue 1 during the preceding campaign. In total, he represented the
Mastiffs in 42 games, scored 9 goals and also picked up 6 assists.
Cole mentioned that he was delighted upon making a return to Liverpool and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749, and felt that he has got the opportunity to put behind his earlier disappointments and seek a fresh start altogether.
Having been part of the Blues squad which won three league titles and also three FA Cup crowns, the midfielder explained that he signed for the Reds keeping in view their rich history and wanted to be a part of their efforts to reclaim their dominance in
English football.
He added, “I came here for one reason - because I wanted to be a part of the resurgence of this club... The fire still burns in me to be a part of it - I want to be part of this club moving in the right direction.”
Earlier, the Reds manager Brendan Rodgers had hinted that Cole will be a part of his future plans for the club.
