Joe Hart signs a five year extension on his contract with Manchester City – Premier League Update

bench. With this new contract in place, the keeper is going to be staying at Manchester City until 2016.
When talking about his extension and the club, Hart is quoted to have said: "I'm absolutely delighted to have signed a new deal and it is a very exciting time to be a City player"
The player then went on to admit that he couldn’t see himself being anywhere else, apart from being at the Etihad Stadium.
"I can't think of myself being anywhere other than City and it really feels like home. I feel very privileged to be staying here for another five years.”
"I've got a lot of love for this club, the way we're moving forward and for the fans who have been fantastic towards me from day one."
The keeper was signed by City, from Shrewsbury for a fee of around six hundred thousand pounds, in 2006. Since then, the keeper has gone on to grow in value and has even become the primary choice keeper for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749.
Hart has become arguably the greatest keeper to play for the club, in the short time that he has spent with the team. The keeper went on to set a new club record for the number of clean sheets secured by a City keeper and in doing so, has ensured his name
in the club’s folklore.
The shot stopper has all the capabilities that are required to excel in his field. Should he carry on performing the same way he has been for the team, there is no doubting that he will be the first choice at the club, for a very long time to come.
