Jogging Stroller Advice Wanted!?

Hi I was wondering what are the pros/cons of the swivel and fixed wheel on a jogging stroller.

Most swivel wheels will lock into a fixed position.  The swivel makes it easier to turn in smaller places, like in the mall.  If you are a serious jogger you may want to go with the fixed wheel if not I would recommend the swivel.

The swivel has a tendency to shake when going at faster speeds.
