Question:

Jogging: correct way to run heel/toe or balls only?

I remember as a kid running 100 yard dashes and only running on the balls of my feet, never touching the ground with my heels. When you're just jogging, are you supposed to jog heel to toe, or stay on the balls of your feet? I forget. :-) What works best for 'most' people?

  1. I've been jogging since highschool and I've always run on the balls of my feet. It hurts at first but I feel like my knees have benefited greatly from it.
