Jogging/excise is done in park/garden in early mornings, so that one get fresh air/oxygen, is it true?

  1. It is very good to do it in parks for fresh air, but it is also important to do it in the mornings. This is as your internal clock sets itself according to light, early morning exercise will mean your body clock resets itself at the correct time making you feel ontask throughout the day.


  2. There is (actually 2) scientific and a routine based answer for this.

    1: routine based: Get up in the cool morning (not as hot during the day) and jog, you will feel better and fresher. simple as that.

    2: Scientific, temperature:  Cold air can hold more oxygen per volume than warm air.  Thus, in the morning the colder air will have more oxygen for you to breath than during the day when it is warmer.

    3: Scientific, fresh:  It generally makes sense that it would be fresher (cleaner from smog), but i think they are using the scientific proof of the temperature to back up that its also "fresher".
