I've taken to jogging in the swimming pool due to joint problems. However i find my feet hurt due to the 'lumpy' pool bottom and that I also slip. Does anyone know of anything you can buy to put on your feet to stop this happening?

Thanks

  1. You could try light weight fin boots from a dive shop, or smaller shoes that shold do the trick

  2. You can get them rubbery socks that are meant for veruccas but I guess they would do the same job!

  3. verruca socks or flippers

  4. well you could wear beach shoes the type that you wear to the beach so you dont step on the shells and get your feet hurt OR you could try swimming socks they are liek these rubber socks and they are actually quite comfortable

check this site out they have tons of them:

  5. you can use verruca socks, the rubber will stop u slipping and give u a bit of a cushion towards the floor, bout £5

  6. Water sport shoes without a doubt will keep you from rubbing the bottoms of your feet raw on the pool floor. I got some at Wal Mart, in the shoe department, where they keep seasonal items. They are very comfy too.

  7. You can get rubber pool slippers. my wifes a fitness instructor and says the girls who take her aqua classes wear them. Available at most swimming pools, apparently.

  8. swimer would help your joints

  9. Try getting a pair of crocs. they are made of plastic basically and have foot support to boot(no pun intended).

  10. You could buy a pair of aqua shoes.
