anyone managed to lose weight , tone up by jogging on a mini trampoline?

  3. yes, its very good for toning up your thighs and bottom.  Just a few minutes every day every other day does help.  It is meant to be good for shifting cellulite too. x

    It's a tried and tested fitness for submarriners who keep fit while under the sea.

    Running on the spot etc etc and trampoline or thick cussion gives the spring better than running on hard surface
