i want to start running again since its the summer and my average is a mile in 8 minutes. how long should i run for and whats the best time of day to go? do you carry a bottle of water with you? also, i dont really want people in the neighborhood to see me going for a run because i usually dont run around here, so what do i do? also can i run while im on my period if i just use a pad? im not allowed to use tampons. thanks for all the help!
