Jogging shoes?

I currently jog roughly 4 miles a day. It is time to get a new pair of good running shoes but i dont know what kind is best. My price range is up to 150 $.

Well, you've got the budget to buy just about any kind of running shoe that is out there!

But you really can't get good advice about what kind of running shoes is best for you by going online.  Certainly you can hear about brands and models that are tried and true, but you've got to understand they are tried and true for the people who advise you, and not for YOU.

What then?  Go to a running specialty shop.  Talk to the folks there about your running habits and needs.  If they can do a gait analysis (free to low-cost, involving a treadmill), let them do it with you.  Try on the shoes they recommend, you are much more likely to get a pair of shoes that work for YOU if you go this route than to hear what works for others.

P.s., given that, I favor Asics 1120's these days.  Good firm, support, not too heavy.  But they work for ME.

just go to foot locker or some shoe store and ask for running shoes i got basketball shoes for running and they work fine

ASICS. They are by dfar the best running shoes (and affordable by far)

get light (not heavy; weighs you down) running shoes, theyre the best.

the ones with leather would not be good for you.

Spending $150 on a pair of running shoes is just a waist of money. (unless you are racing track) so id suggest you go to your local shoe store and ask them what they think you need.
