i'd start walking from my place to school from now on cuz I need to lose weight on my legs and toned them up within a month. Will jog/walk and running for maybe 2-3 hours, 5 times a week will help me achieve a slim toned legs??? it will probably take me about 2-3 hours of walking from my place to school. plz I need help. I really do need to have a slim toned legs guys... great answers will be appreciated thanks!xx
