Jogging/walking for losing weight and toning legs?

i'd start walking from my place to school from now on cuz I need to lose weight on my legs and toned them up within a month. Will jog/walk and running for maybe 2-3 hours, 5 times a week will help me achieve a slim toned legs??? it will probably take me about 2-3 hours of walking from my place to school.

plz I need help. I really do need to have a slim toned legs guys... great answers will be appreciated thanks!

  1. of course this will help ...  be sure to eat breakfast so you don't scare your metabolism into fast mode ...  doing some high-rep lunges will also help ...

    edit:  and keep track of your food intake ...  sometimes your body will think it is hungrier when you suddenly increase the amount of exercise you do ...  so keep track to make sure you aren't increasing the amount of food you eat ...
