John Laurinaitis fires Big Show on Raw – WWE News
Monday Night Raw SuperShow had John Laurinaitis throwing his weight here and there to ensure order among the wrestlers. After John Cena’s epic victory over Brock Lesnar, Laurinaitis feels his position has lowered due to which other performers and fans are
mocking him. Unfortunately, The Big Show became the first victim of Laurinaitis’ wrath when he was humiliated and fired in front of the WWE Universe.
The session started when Laurinaitis came to the ring when Show was already present there. Laurinaitis told Show that he was disappointed and furious over Show’s drama of mimicking him. Laurinaitis warned Show that if he does not apologise he would be fired.
Show, who was heartbroken by listening to the warning, had tears in his eyes when he told Laurinaitis that he loves his job. Show then went onto say that he loves the look of kids’ faces when he walks to the ring and that he loves all the bonds he has created
with fellow performers backstage. Show apologised and requested Laurinaitis not to fire him but the GM of both Raw and SmackDown was not impressed. He made Show apologise repeatedly and finally asked Show to get on his knees and beg.
To Laurinaitis’ surprise, Show refused to go down on his knees and beg for his job. The GM left the ring and went to the main entrance where he was about to fire Big Show, just when the world’s largest athlete fell on his knees and begged for his job. Laurinaitis
played evil and even after an apology he fired The Big Show.
Show was left dismantled in the ring, with tears in his eyes, while Laurinaitis went away with pride and a smirk on his face. If this was Laurinaitis’ plan of making performers respect him then it was not really up to par, since the crowd chanted against
him while he played his vicious game.
For now, The Big Show is out of the league of the WWE performers, and will stay out until Laurinaitis is there. If Show is lucky, Laurinaitis will leave the organization and Show will get the chance to pitch in again.
