He is supposed to have a free concert by Chicago's city hall.

it may be in Daley plazas they do a lot there in the summer

John Mellencamp usually does do a free concert especially in the "Heartland" as he calls it. If you've never seen him live....don't miss it. He is a great entertainer and is all about the working class people and the farmers. Enjoy!  =o`)
