New Zealand cricket coach John Wright on Monday said that aggression has been key to his side’s success in the World Cup so far and has urged his men to be at their aggressive best when they play co-hosts and pre-tournament favourites,
Sri Lanka in the first semifinal of the mega cricketing event in Colombo on Tuesday.

the incident seriously and said that aggression is part of game adding that aggressive approach is important for winning a game.
"I like the aggression of the team, particularly in the field,” said Wright while talking to the New Zealand media from Colombo. “That's important. We've got to play with passion and they're showing that. The odd thing happens ... but that's
international sport," he added further.
The incident took place on 25 http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mills-c76321 brought drinks to the ground in the 28th over. Both Vettori and Mills
were supposed to have verbally harassed du Plessis after his partner http://www.senore.com/Cricket/AB-de-Villiers-c887 got run out.
The visiting coach did not read too much into the incident and said that the players on both sides knew that there was a lot at stake so getting aggressive at some crucial moment was not a big deal. He further added that this kind of incidents
are always expected in any of New Zealand/http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757 contest.
"I think the boys were committed, they wanted to win and made their presence felt. We're all pretty pleased right now. We did a lot of preparation for that game and achieved plenty of game-plan targets."
When asked about preparations for tomorrow’s semifinal, Wright insisted that they would have to bat well if they are make it to the finals for the first time in the history of cricket World Cup.
It must be remembered that New Zealand will be playing their sixth World Cup semi-final tomorrow and in their last five attempts, the Black Caps failed to earn a berth in the finale of the show piece event. Let’s hope Vettori’s current
squad breaks the World Cup final jinx and makes it to the finals by defeating Peral Island side tomorrow.
