  1. They were beaten fair and square.

  2. Firstly, I think Manly were the better team, and I hope they go on to win the Grand Final... Jonathan Thurston ( who should have been suspended and not playing )  and the Cowboys will know now ,just how the NZ Warriors felt after their game last week, and how the Warriors  feel almost every week.

They can never, win , in a close game, there are always dubious calls going against them,to sway the game, whenever they start getting any momentum.

I`d love to know how many Warriors try`s are referred to video ref. as against opposition trys ........interesting..... I think we both agree on one thing , the NRL is crooked. .

  3. Yeap...

  4. I think its time for a nrl referee category on q & a.

Seriosly,so many questions depicting bad ref calls.

We all know refs make mistakes, always have, always will.If any ref has a bad reputation with a certain team, its extremley unlikely that the entire outcome of the season rests in the hands of a ref.Yes,,refs make mistakes, they also make great calls, correct in every aspect.

I would stop blaming the ref for the inevidable and start congratulating the cowboys on a great season and accept the fact that the teams who are playing deserved the GF.

  5. At least he didn't get suspended for the dangerous tackle a couple of weeks back. Any other player would have copped a ban........

  6. Thurston's a big boy now, he can handle it. Sometimes life gives you lemons...guess he was too busy being filthy on field to make lemonade. Yeahh, it might have been the ref's fault, but in the end, what he says is law for those 80 minutes, so you might as well deal with it, instead of getting frustrated and angry, letting that cloud your judgement and end up making more mistakes. The best revenge is brilliance.

  7. yeah but at least they are consistent, consistently bloody hope less. to be honest that's what turned me off rugby league for the last  few years, every time I'd watch the game I'd get so angry at them. but now I just accept that quite often the referee will decide, who gets a early role on who doesn't, and how close the games are, deep down I really don't give a c**p who wins, sure I'll still support a team but take with a grain of salt.

thank super league and big $$$ for corrupting a great game.  that's life. good luck storm. altough I'm sure they already know the outcome.

  8. they were a bit stiff with the ref but manly were the better team

  9. yeh i reckon

last nite i was bloody punching walls

the refs calls were bull sh it!

  10. Stop your crying, there was a greater tragedy today with Parra losing !
