Johnnys Way favourite for Sittingbourne Hurdles
Johnnys Way has got a very good chance of winning the Sittingbourne Hurdles at Sittingbourne in England on Sunday, June 10, 2012. The winner of the Grade OR event will be awarded a cash prize of £200.
Both the stamina and speed of all runners will be put to a test in the race today, as the overall distance to cover will be 480 metres. The action is scheduled to begin at 18:57 GMT and following hounds will battle out for victory: Johnnys Way, Full
House, Farloe Bowser, Taylors Trophy, Rocky Rocket and Romeo Surfer.
Looking at all the participants in this race, the bookmakers believe that Johnnys Way will be able to walk away with a victory at Sittingbourne. His has a very good stamina, thus the punters are expected to place a lot of bets in his favour.
The blue dog has more experience and is carrying good momentum right now, which indicates that he will manage to shine today. He will make a strong impression in the race, but he will need a clear run to achieve that.
The B. O'Sullivan trained hound has been doing a decent job in recent times and finished runner in his most recent Grade OR outing. He was not rated as favourite back then, but was still expected to give a tough time to his opponents. He might find
things to be a touch easier today, as the level of competition is not much high.
Johnnys Way is the son of Droopys Kewell out of Very Pretty and was born in July 2008.
On the other hand, Full House will not make life easy for his rivals in the race today, as he is also in very good shape right now. Out of his previous three outings, he has managed to win twice. Although these victories came in Grade A1 events, they
have given him a lot of confidence.
Furthermore, the G. Andreas’ trainee has got a lot of experience, which will help him attract a lot of bets today.
The white and blue dog is the son of Top Savings out of Cute Rebecca and was born in December 2008.
Other than the top two favourites, Farloe Bowser might also spring up a surprise at Sittingbourne today.
