Joico k-pak how do i rescue my hair?? ?

Question

I got this Joico k-pak and it comes with 4 bottles

1- k-pak shampoo

2- k-pak conditioner

3- k-pak deep penetrating reconstructor

4- k-pak intense hydrator

so i'm good for the shampoo and conditioner but how exactly do i use the reconstructor and hyrator...do i use them both one after the other?

or am i only supoose to use one? and how offten should i use them?
