I know this is NASCAR and not NHRA but you have to love Scott Killita. He was an amazing driver. For his life to end so tragically is very sad so please help me honor him today.

I didn't know the man, rarely watched that race.  Even so it still upset me when he diedas it would when any driver in any circuit .  God Bless his family and keep Scott in His tender care!

I sure will join you.  Scotty was a great NHRA champion.  The NHRA community pulls together and supports one another when a tragedy like this strikes, just as NASCAR nation does.

May Scott rest in peace, and know that he was loved and respected by many.

True, it is a tragic loss to the Racing world.  At least he died doing what he loved most.  It is with great honor that I salute Scott Kalitta!  Got Bless.

Scott was a drivers driver and a hero too all. We can only hope that when its are time to go, We are doing some thing that we love like Scott was.

From what has been said, everybody liked Scott quite a bit.  He will be missed greatly and remembered fondly.  He died doing what he loved, not everyone can say that.  May he rest in peace

I don't know much about him but there is always a feeling of losing a brother when a racer is killed. RIP Scott.

NHRA has my support.  

The thing I like about Nascar is that the fans can come together when there is a tragedy in a motor sport (Nascar supporting NHRA) and support each other.

It touches me so much when these tragedies happen.  So very sad.  I have been reading about him all morning long.  What a guy.  

My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
