Joint pain, Arthritis?

Question

When I work night shift (12hrs) after sleeping I wake up with major joint pain, it go's away after I'm up and active?

could this be the starting sign's of arthritis?

When I work day shift it's not present

5 month ago, i am also suffering same problem. at that time my family doctor suggest me, you walk 2km in every day. i prescribe "Joint Juice" .it help build stronger bone. and it is very effective for joint pain.
