Jonas Brothers CD - access free downloads?

I bought their Jonas Brothers CD in the UK and it says put it in the computer and visit jonasbrotheruk.com to access free downloads. I've done that, what do i next? What can I download?

i realy wanna help you but i didn't buy the CD ... i just dowloaded all of there songs from lime-wire and i downloaded all of the songs in these albums:

1- it's about time ( i downloaded all the songs )

2- the jonas brothers ( i downloaded all the songs )

3- a little bit longer ( i downloaded half the songs )

and i'll finnish downloading the rest of the songs in (the little bit longer album) later....

....

and i hope lime-wire could help you download the songs... :)
