Jonas Brothers = Rock band?

According to some people, the jonas brothers are a rock band. Is this what the world is coming to..?

they are a cheesy Disney controlled and influenced pop group. other people in the studio play the instruments when recording, and the drummer isn't acknowledged at all.

They aren't rock, they are pop. General or teen pop. That's what my mp3 program classifies them as anyways.

real rock =Led zeppelin, The who, queen, greenday, etc.

kiddie rock=Hannah montana, jonas brothers, selena gomez, etc.

they are bubble gum pop, they shouldn't even be considered a band but if they were to be put in a genre, they are bubble gum pop. They are meant to be listened to by 10 year olds and younger, but little valley girl posers tend to listen with their eyes and not their ears.
