Jonas Brothers performing while sick?

Question

The Jonas Brothers even perform when they are sick or have a cold.Sometimes they don't sound that good because they are sick,but they still have the courage to go on stage and perform in front of a huge crowd.What do you think about it?I think it's cool from them but that they should take a break instead of perform when they don't feel good.Nick had a pretty bad cold while Jingle Bell Bash 2007.Here's the links to their performance that night:
