Jonas brothers concert, NY state fair.?

Question

I can go to the jonas brothers concert the 29th of august, now it's up to find the right cheap tickets. I was wondering, is the GRANDSTAND 4 good enough to see them or is the GRANDSTAND in the middle better to not have an obstructed view? (Obviously I'll bring binoculars if they're far) and is it higher than the elevated seats in front of it?

Where are the seats section 4 (I know) seats S,T,U,P or R ?

i'm trying to get last minute tickets toooooo

my friend and i want to go but our parents are making us pay with our own money because we just went to the concert on the 15th.

so we want kind of cheapish ones but we want to be able to see them, because at darien lake, we had lawn seats and we could barely really see them.

but i don't understand the chart really either, sorry i couldnt really help ha but i need help too.

but one of my local radio stations is holding contests all week to win them so maybe you should check out your radio stations and see if they are having contests
