He also added that presence of senior figures in the dressing room had helped his transition into the side, besides guiding the team to the position they are now in.
"But it's also an exciting time and you get to realise what it means to win that trophy every year. It is great to be part of that. Having the likes of Rio [Ferdinand], Ryan [Giggs] and Paul [Scholes] in our team is incredible.”
“You I would have never dreamed of being able to lift the Premier League trophy, but we are a long way off that yet and still have work to do,” he said.
Jones and United’s next task is to conquer QPR, whom they welcome to Manchester on Sunday.
